We have been caring for Darwin and Palmerston communities for well over 25 years, with a reputation for providing gentle and caring dental services in a relaxed, professional and friendly environment.
New Patient Experience
Once you arrive at the practice you will be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill in our New Patient Form. It is important for us to collect this information not only for your health but also to gain an understanding of your previous dental experiences and treatment to ensure we can plan your treatment.
You will then meet with your dentist for 30 minutes to discuss in detail your needs and requirements. Together in the treatment room we will collect all relevant information, which will include a full examination, x-rays, digital pictures and models of your mouth. All this will be collated and we will go through any recommendations and the associated costs with you at a subsequent consultation appointment.
We will also be introducing you to our hygienist. Our hygienist are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease and the prevention of tooth decay. You will be seeing the hygienist as part of your continuing care program. This ongoing maintenance is important to keep you looking good and feeling good and to maintain any work that we do for you. This will take about 40-50 minutes of your time.
