About This Offer

Having a routine Dental Check-Up and Clean comes with a list of benefits; preventing potential issues such as Migraines, Cavities, and Sleep Apnoea! Not only can this help you maintain good oral hygiene, but it can help you prevent any future issues that have yet to surface. At National Dental Care / DB Dental we understand the importance of your oral health, and want to help keep you smiling all-year round.

At each of our locations - we offer HICAPS; so you are able to claim your health fund benefits without delay, directly at your nearest practice. For all patients without private health insurance, this offer is available a cost of $199.

Included in our New Patient “Welcome” Offer is:

  2. Scale, Clean and Polish
  3. 2x Bitewing X-Rays (if required)
  4. Fluoride Treatment

Cost: $199 or No Gap (for patients with private health insurance)

What to Expect

On your first visit, you will be greeted by one of our friendly practice staff who will take details of your dental and medical history, contact information, and health insurance fund (if applicable). You may want to discuss payment options with our staff at this stage as we offer a range of flexible payment plans.

You must disclose any previous or current medical or oral health issues even if you don't think they might be relevant. Some medicines or diseases can have an impact on your oral health, and can also affect the success of dental treatments.

If you have any concerns about going to the dentist, please discuss this with your dentist, therapist or hygienist.

Appointment Updates and Cancellations

We understand that life gets busy and situations arise where you may need to change or delay an appointment. We are happy to accommodate any changes but ask that you do let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we may ask for a deposit for reservations longer than one hour.

Payment Options

To make things as easy as possible for our patients, we offer a full range of payment options:

  • Cash and EFTPOS - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • SmileFund: 0% Interest for up to 24-months
  • Afterpay: 4 equal installments over 8-weeks

Terms and Conditions

New Patient “Welcome” Offer is available to new patients only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Clinical indications may necessitate deferral of the offer pending completion of treatment diagnosed in the best interest of the patient, at the standard practice fee level - where this occurs, treatment that was included in the offer will be continued at a subsequent date when clinical indications are appropriate
