It is the policy of National Dental Care Pty Ltd to develop, produce, and execute services that consistently conform to patient requirements and health. We also pursue the goal of 100% error-free performance, thorough training, process, and management development.
We are proud to promote that we have achieved group-wide QIP accreditation from the QIP/AGPAL Group of Companies (the industry accreditation body), in all of our practices across Australia (excluding our DB Dental practices in Western Australia). QIP is Australia's most comprehensive not-for-profit accreditation, certification, and verification agency, with expertise across the entire health and human services continuum.
We always strive for perfection, especially when it comes to our clinical and personal hygiene. We maintain the highest standards in cross-infection control and remain up-to-date with the latest recommendations and guidelines according to the Australian Dental Association (ADA), as well as the Australian and New Zealand standards.
Within Australia, the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights (ACHR) applies to the entire healthcare system, and it allows patients, consumers, families, carers, and healthcare providers to have a common understanding of the rights of people receiving healthcare. The rights included in the ACHR relate to access, safety, respect, communication, participation, and privacy.
