As part of our commitment to helping team members upskill and achieve their career goals, we’ve launched the NDC Academy - our exclusive in-house training program that enables providers and practice staff to develop their skills and, in some cases, earn valuable promotions as a result.

A full range of specialities

The NDC Academy offers a comprehensive range of clinical courses and skills development opportunities across a broad spectrum of areas - from digital dentistry to endodontics, implants to Invisalign, you’ll find courses and training on all areas of dentistry.

Through our tailored training programs, National Dental Care team members are able to upskill in their chosen field, as well as explore new treatments and practices in order to advance their knowledge in specialist areas of interest.

The ability to learn new skills and develop capabilities in different specialties provides the opportunity to move into new fields of dentistry and expand on your existing treatment offering.

Available and accessible to all

All National Dental Care dental professionals and practice staff have exclusive in-house access to the NDC Academy platform, enabling every team member to take advantage of professional training and skills development opportunities.

What’s more, the courses offered through the Academy are designed to suit a wide range of skill levels, from beginners to more advanced dental practitioners. This inclusive approach means that everyone can benefit from courses and programs designed to support ongoing learning and upskilling.

• Training programs for both associate dentists and lead practitioners, as well as specialty programs for practice managers and other practice staff.

In addition to working closely with external organisers to offer discounted training courses, we also host our own National Dental Care and DB Dental workshops, as well as providing courses from some of our very own highly-skilled dental specialists.
