Dr Sung obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Hong Kong. Having been raised in the colonial Hong Kong, the “East-meets-West” culture and philosophy led him to acquire his Diploma of Clinical Acupuncture, offered by SPACE (School of Professional and Continuing Education) at the University of Hong Kong. Dr Sung furthered his studies upon migrating to Australia and obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Technology, Sydney, and subsequently, his Master of Herbal Medicine at the University of Sydney. Now registered with the Dental Board of New South Wales since obtaining his accreditations with the Australian Dental Council in 2000, Dr Sung is a passionate practitioner who is always patient-oriented, with his values and philosophy constantly reflected in his work.

Dr. Lau is from Hong Kong where he obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Hong Kong. He worked as a dentist in both private and public sectors for over 10 years before he decided to migrate to Australia in 2009. Dr. Lau had his first job in Australia working in the Blue Mountain area for 3 years before moving to Sydney and joined Dynamic smile in 2011 Clinically, Dr. Lau provides a wide range of oral care and treatments adopting a painless philosophy with the intent to restore oral health and smiles. He also specializes in root canal treatment, crowns and veneers, surgical removal of wisdom teeth, and implant placement. After work, Dr. Lau likes spending time with family and traveling.

Dr. Beibei Peng graduated from the University of Sydney with Bachelor of Dentistry and Honours in Bachelor of medical science. Dr. Peng spent all her school years in mainland China before migrating to Australia for University study. She enjoys working in a multicultural environment and loves sharing advanced academic knowledges with dental professionals in her home country. Upon graduating from the Bachelor of Medical science, Dr. Peng worked as part of a research team at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to help medical laboratories develop diagnostic testing tools. Dr. Peng then furthered her study in Bachelor of Dentistry. Her wide range of medical knowledge enabled her to treat patients as a whole rather than teeth only when practising dentistry. Dr. Peng has particular interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. She had extensive hands on training with the American academy of cosmetic dentistry and continues her further training each year. She has great attention to details. She believes dentistry is restoring function as well as beauty.

When you first meet Dr Denise Lu, you may be wondering where her accent is from. Born in Taiwan, raised in Canada, Dr Denise travelled across the globe and landed herself in beautiful Australia to study dentistry at Sydney University. As a kid, unlike most children, she always enjoyed going to the dentist. In fact, it was her paediatric dentist who inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming a dentist. Now, she tries to put bright smiles on all of her patients' faces, especially the little ones. With a gentle approach, Dr Denise focuses on providing comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient. She especially loves treating children, and doing cosmetic procedures including teeth whitening and Invisalign®. Outside of work, she enjoys being out in the sun, jogging and doing some yoga. In the winter time, she will be at the snows perfecting her next snowboard trick!

Upon graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Adelaide, Erica developed an interest in various aspects of dental care, in particularly preventative, restorative and cosmetic treatments. Driven by a commitment to improve the oral health of her patients, Erica finds immense satisfaction in recreating beautiful smiles and aims to improve the quality of life for members of the community throughout her career. Erica is fluent in English and Chinese (including Cantonese, Mandarin and Chiu Chow), allowing her to build good rapport with patients and colleagues. A firm believer in continuous education, Erica is dedicated in improving her skills and techniques and values feedback from her colleagues and patients in order to deliver the highest standard of work, and to achieve a pleasant experience for all her patients.

Dr Ian Shee graduated from Uni of Sydney 1985, practised in Malaysia for 2 years before returning to Australia to work in Griffith in South West NSW. Dr Shee practices in all facets of dentistry with particular interest in implant dentistry, minor oral surgery and prosthodontics. Outside work, Dr Shee has keen interest in skiing, hoping to ski in various ski scopes across all major resorts.

Dr Jenny Bai has always had a passion for health and helping people. After Dr Jenny graduated James Ruse Agricultural High School, she moved to Queensland to complete her Bachelor of Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. During her studies, she earned academic excellence awards and provided outstanding treatment to patients in Gold Coast and Warwick in rural Queensland. As a born and raised Sydneysider, Dr Jenny moved back home upon graduating and has since joined National Dental Care to provide high quality patient care to the community. Born in Sydney , Dr Jenny Bai attended James Ruse Agricultural High School and before moving to Queensland where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree. Dr Jenny believes in a holistic approach to oral health and it’s connection to our overall general health. For some patients, coming to the dentist can be an anxious experience, so Dr Jenny prides herself in making each visit as relaxing and enjoyable as it should be. She is a gentle and thorough dentist, customising treatments to each individual patient and their specific needs. Her focus is to help nurture lifelong partnerships for her patients and their teeth. Like how dentistry and health is constantly evolving, Dr Jenny is constantly updating her knowledge and broadening her skill set by attending courses and workshops as well as providing Invisalign in the future. She enjoys and offers a broad range of treatments for the whole family including cosmetic dentistry, crowns, extractions and children dentistry. When away from the surgery, Dr Jenny enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr Chen has experience in all general fields of dentistry, and is a conscientious individual who is willing to listen closely to patients’ concerns while working with the technician to achieve the best possible clinical outcome. Dr Joshua Lu joined Dynamic Smile, Ashfield in 2016 as a part time dental surgeon. Dr Lu is highly experienced in providing a wide range of dental services, including cosmetic dental treatments. He specialises in dental prosthesis and cosmetic teeth whitening. Dr Lu is trusted by his clients for being frank, pragmatic and considerate from first consultation through to actual treatment. He places his client's best interest first when forming and communicating treatment plans, and always listens to and takes into consideration a client's concerns and fears. Dr Lu completed his medical qualifications at the University of Western Australia. Dr Lu also speaks fluent Chinese, and would happily assist clients with this language preference.

Dr. Zhang studied dentistry at the University of Adelaide where she graduated with First Class Honours. Dr. Zhang is very friendly and takes a particular interest in Preventative and Paediatric Dentistry. She enjoys treating children of all ages. Outside clinical dentistry, Dr. Zhang is involved in research and had a recent publication in the Australian Dental Journal, The Influence of Difference Cement Spaces on the Marginal Gap of CAD/CAM All-Ceramic Crowns. In her spare time, Dr. Zhang enjoys yoga and dancing, and also speaks fluent Mandarin.
