In-chair teeth whitening

• Teeth whitening gel kit, whitening trays with 3 syringes and tray case.

In-chair teeth whitening requires one or more visits to a dental practice. You’ll be in the dental chair for about an hour while your dentist applies a professional-grade whitening solution to your teeth.

Depending on the type of solution used, your dentist may also use a bright light to maximise results. Following the application of the solution, your dentist will provide directions for avoiding staining your teeth for the following day or two, then offer general advice to help keep your teeth white in the long term.

Take home tooth whitening

First we take an impression of your teeth. Then 3-4 days later, you will be provided with customised whitening trays which you will use to whiten your teeth.

This method of tooth whitening involves the careful placement of home whitening solution in the trays. The trays are then worn in the mouth from 2 to 3 hours, up to the entire night.

During this time no food or drink is to be consumed by the patient. Some people experience a transient sensitivity following the whitening. The application of GC Tooth Mousse can be beneficial, along with ibuprofen
