If yours isn't listed, no need to worry. We accept all major health funds, so you’ll only need to pay a small gap fee for up to $199 to access our New Patient Offer.

Non-eligible health fund members pay the gap up to $199*

Regular check-ups play a vital role in spotting potential health issues lurking in your teeth and gums - nipping them in the bud can save you from costlier treatments later on.
What to expect at your appointment
Our family of dentists and support professionals are a tight-knit crew who get a buzz out of making you smile. At your first appointment, you’ll be:
- Greeted by our friendly staff in a warm and welcoming environment.
- Complete a medical history form; we need to collect this information not only for your health but also to gain an understanding of your previous dental experiences and treatment to ensure we can plan your treatment.
- Meet with your dentist and discuss your individual needs, requirements and next steps. During your check-up and clean, the dentist will discuss any relevant treatment recommendations with you.
If additional treatment is necessary, they can present you with a treatment plan and discuss the available options.
If you have any concerns about going to the dentist, please discuss this with your dentist, therapist or hygienist.

New Patient “Welcome” Offer is available to new patients. The $0 out-of-pocket offer applies to eligible health funds with remaining cover limits, including: Medibank, Bupa, NIB, CBHS, TUH, Union Health, NMH, THF, UNI, Defence Health, Australian Unity, and HIF.
If your health fund is not listed, contact your insurance to find out what you’re covered for. While our practices accept all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits and your out-of-pocket costs will depend on your individual level of cover and remaining annual limits.
Everyone else pays $199. Includes exam, clean, scale, polish, fluoride and bitewing x-rays (if necessary). Excludes OPG x-rays. For more info, visit our site.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is only available at select practices - please check with your local practice for more information.
To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will evaluate your teeth condition at your appointment to consider whether the treatment included in this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments, we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates. We will otherwise provide the treatment included in this offer to you at a later agreed date, having regard to your teeth condition. Please note you will need to check your health fund policy to determine which portion of your fee is covered.
