Oral Health Therapist | BHSc (Oral Health)
I graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Oral health) in 2004 with a university award for academic excellence. Since graduating, I have gained valuable experience working in both private and public practices.
I have always had a strong interest in the treatment of children and had the joy of working in one of London’s most prestigious private paediatric dental practices, further enhancing my experience in the treatment and management of children in the dental setting. Additionally, I have a passion for preventive dentistry and provide valuable support to patients by providing continuing oral health education to aid in the prevention of major dental diseases. I enjoy making dentistry fun and have been told I have a gentle, personal approach with all my patients. I continually keep abreast with continuing education and am currently advancing my studies in public health by completing my Masters degree in Population Oral Health at the University of Sydney.
On a personal note, I have two children (Levi, 5yo and Isabelle, 3yo). I enjoy travel, camping, spending time with my family and have a keen interest in health and fitness.
