Dr. Katherine O'Donoghue
Dentist | BDS (Adel)
I graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2000 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and since then have been working in private, public and community controlled dental and medical services. During this time, I have dedicated myself to advocating and promoting oral health at a community level withing Australia. The reason I decided to join the National Dental Care team at in Palmerston is so I could experience the diversity of the rich culture, climate and lifestyle that the Northern Territory has to offer.
I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, but hold a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, endodontics, and minor surgery. I am committed to delivering clinical services of a high quality, and continually seek opportunity to improve my skills. I firmly believe that oral health education is paramount to achieving a healthy lifestyle! I am actively involved in continuing my own education through seminars and peer reviews.
Outside of work, my interests include dancing, exploring new places, watching movies, reading, travelling spending time with friends and family—just being social in general!—and I place a high priority on maintaining my own health and fitness.
