Dr Anshul Gupta
I studied Dentistry at the Government Dental College, Rohtak (India). Upon graduating in 1999, I wanted to learn more about the Surgical aspect of dentistry. Thereafter, I completed a 3-year post-graduate course in Oral-Surgery. I then started practising dentistry and Oral-surgery.
The desire to see the world led to my move to England in 2005. Whilst practising in England, I completed further post-graduate studies to become a Member of the dental faculty, Royal college of physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow, UK. Despite having been trained in the field of dental-implants (during my oral-surgery training), the desire to learn more led to my enrolment in the prestigious Diploma in Dental-implants, Royal college of Surgeons of England. This is regarded as the gold-standard in the field of dental-implants, with the Royal college faculty heavily involved with the General dental council of the UK to regulate the provision of implant dentistry, to allow only those who are adequately trained in the field to practice. I also completed post-graduate courses in complex restorative dentistry, and the use of a technique called ‘FastBraces’ to be able to treat patients who require orthodontic treatment.
I sincerely believe that every single patient deserves an excellent level of care.
My aim has always been to provide a wide range of services to my patients in a safe, effective, and most importantly, pain-free and comfortable manner. The training and continuous education I have completed have further assisted in this objective. Next on my agenda will be Invisalign and CEREC (Same Day Crowns).
I am happily married to my wife Aruna (she’s a GP) in 2003, and we have 2 children now- aged 12yrs and 7yrs.
My desire to travel and to be able to provide a more outdoor lifestyle to the children brought us to Australia in Feb 2016. I think it’s the best thing I ever did (considering the transformation of the children from being ‘xbox champs’ to ‘footy kids’).
Outside of work I enjoy a range of activities including cooking, Electronics and Amateur/ ham-radio, Badminton and Table-tennis.
