At Studfield Dental Group we pride ourselves on being family dental care specialists. We combine decades of experience, state of the art technology and expertise in the latest dental procedures to ensure that you receive quality care. Our dental professionals attend regular Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses to ensure we stay at the top of our profession. Our services cover everything from cosmetic dental care to sleep dentistry.
We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive range of services to the Eastern Suburbs from one convenient location in Wantirna South. Our Centre for dental excellence enables our patients to receive comprehensive treatment without the need for referral. Working in conjunction with Office Based Anaesthetic Solutions (OBAS) to provide General Anaesthetics at our location without the need to attend a hospital.
Wantirna is located in the celebrated region of Knox City Council. Studfield Dental Group provides services to areas including Vermont, Wantirna, Wantirna South, Rowville, Upwey, Ferntree Gully, Bayswater, Boronia, Scoresby and surrounding areas.

Dr Arun Chelvan joined Studfield Dental Group after completing his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Adelaide in 2014.
He is an attentive, gentle practitioner with up-to-date clinical knowledge and a focus on minimally invasive dentistry. Arun strives to provide the highest quality treatment whilst ensuring to tailor the approach to each patient, ensuring an ideal clinical outcome.
Arun has a keen interest in all types of restorative dentistry – particularly both direct and indirect methods to restore teeth and implants effectively and beautifully. He also has a penchant for aesthetic dental work and enjoys working with patients to achieve their ideal smile. Dr Chelvan also has a keen interest in oral surgery including wisdom tooth removal.
Outside of dentistry, Arun loves playing cricket, fitness and travelling and is a valued member of the Studfield Dental team.
Dr Audrey Seng graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours). Prior to relocating back to Melbourne and joining the practice, she has acquired invaluable experience by working in regional and urban areas of Queensland.
Dr Seng enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry and dental reconstruction. She has also keenly pursued continuing education to be current with the new developments in dentistry.
Dr Audrey Seng's primary goal is to improve her patient’s overall dental health, provide comfortable and quality dental care through comprehensive planning and treatments.
Dr David Joseph graduated from Charles Sturt University, NSW in 2017.
Dr Joseph originally completed a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2007 prior to returning to study Dentistry. He is a keen general family dentist that your entire family can relate to and feel comfortable around. His interests are chronic disease management, particularly diabetes and oral surgery including tooth extraction and wisdom tooth removal.
Dr Josephs professional philosophy is to always add value, providing in-depth education to all his patients while offering broad spectrum treatment options. He is committed to keeping abreast with the latest developments and advancements in healthcare that allow the best and most efficient treatments to all his patients.
In his down time he enjoys eating lots of international food, sports and fitness, travel, coffee and whiskey in no particular order.

Dr Luxman Dharmakularajah
Dentist
Dr Luxman Dharmakularajah graduated from the University of Melbourne dental school in 2001 and has worked at Knox Dental Group with Dr Michael Kotsifakis for the past 12 years. During his time at the University of Melbourne, Luxman was an active member of the Dental Student Society.
Dr Luxman enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry. He has taken a keen interest pursuing further education, both in Australia and overseas, in aesthetic and implant dentistry. Luxman aims to provide comprehensive dentistry and believes that an effective prevention program is the best way of helping patients and the community reduce the incidence of dental disease and decay.
Outside of dentistry Dr Dharmakularajah enjoys playing soccer, travelling and watching sport, particularly Formula 1 and the English Premier League.
Dr Michael Kotsifakis

Dr Michael Kotsifakis graduated from Melbourne University with his bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1988.
Owner and director of Knox Dental Group for 25 years. His interests are in oral surgery and he attends continued educational programs both locally and internationally, (Branemark Centre Perth, UCLA USA, Benn University Switzerland). With over 25 years experience in all facets of dentistry including General Anesthetics, Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr Kotsifakis has recently become an accredited ‘No Brace’ provider and is looking forward to helping younger patients avoid the need for braces.
In his spare time Michael enjoys an active lifestyle participating in soccer and football games. He also enjoys spending time with his family.

Zabeta Kotsifakis
Oral Health Therapist
Zabeta Kotsifakis is an enthusiastic oral health therapist who completed her studies at Charles Sturt University. She enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and wishes to pursue further studies in the future.
Zabeta is passionate about working with children and aims to create a positive and welcoming environment for all patients. She is committed to educating patients about preventative measures to reduce risk of dental decay and gum disease as well as helping patients improve on their overall oral health.
Additionally, Zabeta is highly focussed on continuing professional development and regularly attends educational courses and programs.Outside of dentistry, Zabeta enjoys travelling, playing basketball and cooking.
