I’ve spent the majority of my time growing up in Perth, before moving to Melbourne to study dentistry at the University of Melbourne in 2016. Ever since graduating I have chosen to stay in rural/regional Victoria as I have felt that working with smaller communities very rewarding.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry from root canal therapies, crowns and bridges to oral surgery.

With every appointment I like to focus on educating patients about their oral health and prioritise preventive care to stop future complications from arising in the first place.

With my light hearted and easy going attitude I want to ensure that patients feel comfortable under my care

Outside of work, I enjoy my spare time cooking, hiking, playing badminton and going on road trips.

Hello, my name is Dr. David Sims and I have over thirty-five years of experience creating beautiful smiles and healthy teeth. I love when my patients can truly smile with confidence.

I am proud to be known by my patients for my caring nature, gentle and understanding approach and my dedication to high quality dental care.

I have a reputation for clear communication and I try to avoid ‘dental speak’ at all costs! I welcome questions and believe that the more you know about your dental condition and the reasons for any treatment suggested, the better your future health will be.

I will take the time to understand your goals and any concerns you may have, then together we will carefully plan and discuss the different options we have available. I truly understand that your hopes for your smile and dental health are as unique as you are yourself.

I am committed to further education and have special interests in smile makeovers, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics including Invisalign, complex restorative dentistry, occlusal rehabilitation, advanced prosthodontics, and implantology.

I have been inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dental Education (Orthodontics).

For several years I worked in private practice whilst also holding a position as Clinical Demonstrator at LaTrobe Dental School before concentrating all my time on clinical dentistry.

I maintain memberships of the Australian Dental Association, and the ADA Northern Group.

I have a beautiful wife, three daughters, two step daughters and seven wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy walking, swimming, travelling, reading, and watching movies.

Kylie is a highly skilled Oral Health Therapist who offers over 30 years’ expertise in the dental field; 13 years as OHT in addition to starting her dental journey Dental Assisting in 1989.

She is proud to have been part of the first cohort of Oral Health Therapists to participate and graduate from La Trobe Universities Bachelor of Oral Health Science degree here in Bendigo.

She is passionate about providing highly proficient dental treatment, prophylaxis, oral health promotion and education to Adults of all ages in Hygiene and specialising in children and young adults for their dental treatment needs.

Her experience extends to working in fast-paced dental clinics both public and private. Kylie provided passionate and gentle dental treatment at Anne Caudle Community Dental for over 5 years, before entering into private practice; taking special interest in orthodontics, TMD and trauma.

Outside of the dental clinic, she enjoys spending her time with her family and grandchildren.

Dr. Muhammad graduated with Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery from Nishtar Institute of Dentistry in 2012 and then joined postgraduate programme in oral surgery at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan. He completed his Australian Dental Council exams in 2017 and then moved to Australia. Dr Muhammad has over 9 years of experience in both public and private General Dental Practice.

In Australia, Dr. Muhammad started his professional career in the public sector with a zeal to serve the regional community in Victoria. He strongly believes in patient-centred care and maintains a high-quality standard in his work. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a special interest in Endodontics, Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry helping our patients gain a more confident smile. He frequently attends continuing professional development courses to keep up with the latest treatment modalities and practices…

With his friendly and relaxed nature, Dr Muhammad ensures the unique priorities and needs of patients are well understood before striving to provide the best treatment plan for them.

In his free time, he enjoys reading books, jogging, travelling and spending time with friends.

Dr.Shabeena Mansuri has been working at McCrae Dental Surgery since 2018 and formed a nurtured relationship with our patients. She has successfully completed the Australian Dental Council Examination after moving to Australia and has also worked overseas for more than 4 years in general and preventive dentistry.

She is interested in all aspects of general dentistry particularly enjoys preventive and cosmetic dentistry. She is passionate about looking after her patients and creating a warm and caring environment in which to carry out their dental treatments.

She is kind, enthusiastic and passionate about her field and believes in delivering the best possible quality of healthcare to the community. She is very keen about professional development courses which allow her to stay in touch with the latest in dentistry.

In her spare time, Shabeena likes travelling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Sundeep Kaur is one of the principal dentists at McCrae Dental. Sundeep graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2004 with a degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Credit. She has over 16 years of experience as a General Dental Practitioner in a private dental practice in Australia.

Sundeep is very experienced and confident in delivering dental care in all aspects of Dentistry including dental implants, smile makeovers, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, invisalign orthodontics, crown and bridge work, oral surgery etc. She is a very caring, ethical and personable dentist who is passionate about her work. She always strives to provide the highest quality dental care to all her patients in their best interests and treats them in the same way as she would like herself to be treated.

Sundeep keeps up to date with latest developments and modern dentistry techniques, and regularly attends postgraduate dental seminars. She has completed a Fellowship in Impantology in 2017 from the University of Miami, US.

Sundeep is a certified Invisalign provider and she is also an active member of Australian Dental Association.

Being a mother of two, Sundeep hopes that her friendly and gentle attitude can contribute to a positive experience and will always give her best care to your children. Her other interests include painting, travelling and experiencing different cultures, foods and places with family.
