About Us

The team at National Dental Care Tweed is a group of highly trained and respected dentists and therapists with a focus on providing outstanding dental treatment.

With a philosophy that is centred around patient care and comfort, our modern, professional premises offer the latest in dental technology and techniques.

Housed in a beautifully restored Queenslander, we are passionate about your oral health and consider ourselves to be partners in helping you to maintain a positive dental regime that continues long after your visit.

We are committed to providing a high level of care in a gentle, relaxed environment, and treat every patient as if they were a member of our own family.

Servicing patients in these areas: Fingal Head, Cobaki Lakes, Tweed Heads South, Tweed Heads West and Coolangatta.

New Patient Experience

Once you arrive at the practice you will be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill in our New Patient Form. It is important for us to collect this information not only for your health but also to gain an understanding of your previous dental experiences and treatment to ensure we can plan your treatment.

You will then meet with your dentist for 30 minutes to discuss in detail your needs and requirements. Together in the treatment room we will collect all relevant information, which will include a full examination, x-rays, digital pictures and models of your mouth. All this will be collated and we will go through any recommendations and the associated costs with you at a subsequent consultation appointment.

We will also be introducing you to our hygienist. Our hygienist is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease and the prevention of tooth decay. You will be seeing our hygienist as part of your continuing care program. This ongoing maintenance is important to keep you looking good and feeling good and to maintain any work that we do for you. This will take about 40 minutes of your time.
