New Patient Experience
Once you arrive at the practice you will be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill in our New Patient Form. It is important for us to collect this information not only for your health but also to gain an understanding of your previous dental experiences and treatment to ensure we can plan your treatment.
You will meet with your dentist for approximately 45 minutes to complete a comprehensive assessment of your dental condition and discuss any concerns you may have. As part of a full examination we will complete digital x-rays and relevant photographs of your teeth. If we require additional time to discuss your concerns or treatment options a subsequent complimentary consultation will be arranged. Our staff will prepare associated costs for any urgent or elective treatment you wish to receive.
We will also be introducing you to our hygienist. Our hygienists are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease and the prevention of tooth decay. You will be seeing our hygienist as part of your continuing care program. This ongoing maintenance is important to keep you looking good and feeling good and to maintain any work that we do for you. This will take about 45 minutes of your time.
