New Patient Experience
Once you arrive at the practice you will be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill in our New Patient Form. It is important for us to collect this information not only for your health but also to gain an understanding of your previous dental experiences and treatment to ensure we can plan your treatment.
You will then meet with your dentist to discuss in detail your needs and requirements. Together in the treatment room we will collect all relevant information, which will include a full examination, x-rays, digital pictures and models of your mouth. All this will be collated and we will go through any treatment recommendations and the associated costs with you at a subsequent consultation appointment the following week.
We will also be introducing you to our hygienist. Our hygienists are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease and the prevention of tooth decay. You will be seeing our hygienist as part of your continuing care program.
