Your wellbeing matters! That’s why we’ve introduced the Employee Dental Program. We take your health seriously and through your partnership with NDC Australia Pty Ltd. we are making sure you are looked after by the best in the business.

How the Employee Dental Program works:

All it takes is three simple steps to care for your oral health. All new members/patients can expect the following experience:

Step 1: Activate your membership

Complete our online web form and submit your details. A member of our reception team will review your information and activate your account.

Step 2: Book an appointment

Once your account is activated, you will receive a call from our reception team to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience; or you can also book online at your participating dental clinic*. 

*Contact your employer to confirm which participating practices you can access under your employee dental benefits.

Step 3: Attend your appointment

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly reception teams who will ask you to complete a medical history form, followed by an introduction to your dental provider and subsequent dental treatment.

New patients will receive a $0 out-of-pocket dental check-up* for eligible health fund members (or $199 for non-health fund members).

What to expect at your first visit:

Comprehensive dental exam

Scale, clean, and polish

Fluoride treatment

2 x bitewing x-rays (if required)

Returning patients will receive a 10% ongoing discount* for all dental treatment plans (capped at $500 per calendar year on out-of-pocket costs only).

Frequently asked questions:

Depending on your level of health fund cover, your second check-up of the year may be covered. We recommend confirming your entitlements directly with your health fund.

In most cases, yes. Health fund extras typically reset each calendar year. However, some funds operate on a financial year cycle, including AHM and Defence Health. We advise all patients to check their cover details with their health fund.

The discount applies to out-of-pocket costs only and cannot be applied to services covered by private health insurance benefits.

Yes. The discount is capped at $500 per year, based on the calendar year.

The discount is only valid while you remain employed with the business.

Terms and conditions

NDC Australia Pty Limited (we, us or our) is pleased to extend our employee dental partner program (Employee Dental Program) to employees of our Employee Dental Partners in accordance with these terms.

The Employee Dental Program offers the following benefits:

  • No Gap First Visit benefit for new patients ($0 out-of-pocket for eligible health fund members, $199 for non-health fund members). This benefit allows eligible employees to receive a complimentary comprehensive examination, clean, scale, x-rays (if necessary) and fluoride application for health fund members who belong to any of our preferred providers (as determined by us in our sole discretion). Non-health fund members pay $199 for the same services.
  • Ongoing 10% discount for eligible employees. The ongoing 10% discount is available on regular check-ups (single visit) or per treatment plan (multiple visits) with a maximum of $500 per calendar year per patient. The discount is only valid while the patient remains an employee of a participating business. This discount applies to out-of-pocket expenses only and cannot be applied to services covered by private health insurance benefits.

Offer Period

Our Employee Dental Program remains valid while the participating business agreement is in effect, or until such time we discontinue this program.

We may discontinue the Employee Dental Program for any reason without notice to you.

We reserve the right to change any discounts or offers available through our Employee Dental Program at any time without notice.

Redemption Process

To join our Employee Dental Program, you must activate your membership online, book an appointment at your participating practice during the Offer Period and mention the Employee Dental Program offer and identify your employer at the time of booking. You must provide proof of employment when attending your appointment and present your health fund membership card if applicable.

Offer Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the eligibility for our Employee Dental Program:

  1. you must be a current employee of a participating business in our Employee Dental Program;
  2. you can only redeem your employee dental benefits at participating National Dental Care or DB Dental practices, which we may determine in our sole discretion;
  3. The No Gap First Visit benefit ($0 out-of-pocket for eligible health fund members) is only available to new patients attending participating National Dental Care or DB Dental practices, and provided they belong to a preferred provider;
  4. you must be 18 years or older at the time of receiving treatment;
  5. the 10% discount applies to out-of-pocket expenses only, not to amounts covered by private health insurance;
  6. maximum discount of $500 per calendar year per patient;
  7. the 10% discount is only valid while you remain employed with a participating business;
  8. proof of current employment may be required;
  9. the offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred;
  10. this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions; and
  11. all treatments are subject to the dentist's clinical assessment of suitability.

Your entitlements to the benefits are only valid while you are a current employee of one of our Employee Dental Partners.
