Dr Alex Poli
Lead Dentist
Dr Alex Poli qualified from the University of Manchester in 2006 and was our Clinical Lead Dentist at DB Dental Melville before relocating to National Dental Care Merrimac. Dr Poli is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and short-term orthodontic aspects of dentistry, including Invisalign.
Dr Jason Moor
Lead Dentist
Dr. Jason Moor is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist who brings a wealth of experience and a patient-centered approach to our practice.
An Australian graduate of Charles Sturt University, Dr. Moor was recognized for his academic excellence with the Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement and a Pre-Clinical Prize in Endodontics. He also served as Class President in his fourth year of dental school—a testament to his leadership and commitment to the field.
Dr Ana Maria Olano Acosta
Dentist
Dr. Ana Maria Olano Acosta earned her degree as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2002 from Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Australia where further studies led to registration with the Australian Dental Council (ADC).
Dr. Olano strongly believes in Continued Professional Development and is a regular attendee at courses, industry-related lectures and congresses, in order to keep her skills and knowledge to the highest standard.
Dr Anthony Tapsall
Dentist
Growing up in Brisbane it was natural for me to attend the University of Queensland. I graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science, in 1993, and received a scholarship with Queensland Health. This allowed me to see life in different areas of Northern Queensland.
Dr Duncan Drew
Dentist
Dr Duncan Drew is a skilled dentist with 17 years of working experience. He qualified at the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2005 and has gained invaluable working experience in several countries including Holland, South Africa and New Zealand. In New Zealand he worked at a cosmetic dental practice and before that, Dr Drew ran his own dental practice in Durban, South Africa for 10 years.
Dr Keerthi Naidu

Dr. Keerthi Naidu graduated with distinction from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2007 with various awards and prizes for her academic and clinical excellence. She has worked for over 11 years in Darwin and Gold Coast with experience in public and well-reputed private practices.
Alisa Tulloch
Hygienist
I have worked in the dental Arena since 1983 graduating as a Dental Therapist allowing me to treat school-age children within the education system throughout Brisbane, Toowoomba, and Gladstone.
Catherine Cowan
Hygienist
I graduated in 1989 in Adelaide with an Associate Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Over my career, I have practiced in South Australia, Victoria and Queensland, both in general and specialist practices. I am very passionate about my work and love what I do. I have a special interest in nervous patients ranging from the very young to the very old, and I work hard to make them feel at ease by presenting a relaxed and friendly approach to dentistry.
