It applies to all new and existing patients of National Dental Care Frankston. The offer includes a teeth whitening consultation (15 min), teeth shade assessment, and 1x Zoom! In-chair whitening session (90 min) and custom whitening dental trays and whitening syringes.
**Take-Home Whitening Package is valued at $249 (GST-inclusive) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It applies to all new and existing patients of National Dental Care Frankston. The offer includes a teeth whitening consultation (15 min), teeth shade assessment and a custom-made whitening kit (4x whitening syringes and tray case).
To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will evaluate your teeth condition at your appointment to consider whether this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments; we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates.
Payment is required at reception to claim the offer; it is not redeemable for cash and not transferable to any other treatments. The patient must mention the offer at the time of booking or reception.
