Our staff are highly valued, and are rewarded with competitive salaries and a range of benefits.

Dentists will have access to experience-based commission arrangements, and may be eligible for relocation assistance to take up a role in our network. Preferred supplier agreements are in place with labs to ensure access to high quality service at a reduced cost to the provider.

Our Lead Dentists are also eligible for additional bonuses and incentives, recognising them for the leadership component of their position.

Oral Health Therapists and Hygienists are engaged on a full time, part time or casual basis, and are remunerated in recognition of the employee’s qualifications and experience, and in accordance with industry standards.

Our Support Staff (Practice Managers, Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists) are employed across the network in full time, part time and casual capacities, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and supporting our providers. Employment in these roles is underpinned by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010, and in most cases, staff are remunerated above the Award rate.
