Dr Michael Lucas
Lead Dentist
Dr Michael Lucas completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993 from Adelaide University. Immediately he began working in private practice in the south western suburbs of Adelaide creating one of Adelaide’s most prestigious and well known practices. After 28 years of practicing, he decided to take a break and spend the last few years helping out fellow colleagues in their dental practices to help spread his knowledge and skills. This has seen him working across Adelaide and up into the beautiful Barossa Valley. Dr Lucas brings with him over 30 years of dental knowledge and expertise in his field. He has a passion for helping people overcome their dental worries and is known for being a patient, gentle practitioner with a straight forward approach. His primary focus is on preventative dentistry and the importance of maintaining functional healthy teeth for life. His real passion is creating beautiful smiles with the latest in digital computer aided ceramic restorations , and will regularly complete entire smile makeover cases. Implants, Root canals and extractions there is not much he doesn’t enjoy doing in Dentistry making it as pleasurable for patients as possible. Passion is what you will see first and with his caring and sometimes cheeky nature you will understand that he treats you like one of his family caring about your general wellbeing. Dr Lucas is committed to continuing education through the ADA and other education groups, and has served on a number of ADA South Australian study committees. Outside of the surgery Michael has a strong passion for cooking, the outdoors and especially fishing. Linking with him on social media pages you will see he enjoys creating a storm in the kitchen and travelling around Australia to see our beautiful scenery and to try his luck at catching a fish. In 2008 Michael branched from dentistry and begun Pro Fishing Charters SA, taking clients fishing around our great state of South Australia of which he still actively runs today on his weekends.

Dr Marcio Maia

Dr Marcio Maia has 17+ years of dental experience and a keen interest in research and teaching. He obtained a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2006 and pursued further studies in Endodontics and Implant Dentistry, becoming a specialist in both fields in Brazil.
Dr Ren Ooi

Before his time with National Dental Care, Dr Ren Ooi completed his ‘Bachelor of Dental Surgery’ at the University of Adelaide, and has since worked in both rural and metropolitan practices in South Australia. His clinical approach is to provide excellent dental treatment, a comfortable clinical experience, and to remain patient-oriented at all times.
Dr Roya Ayar

Graduated from Tehran University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) and practiced general dentistry since 2014. Dr Ayar's mission in dentistry is to provide comprehensive dental treatment to all the patients in a safe reassuringly pleasant and comfortable environment. Enjoys all facets of general dentistry, more specifically passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry with post graduate courses in this field.
Dr Siavash Tabatabaei

Dr Siavash Tabatabaei graduated from Tehran University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2014, he has practised general dentistry with passion and love since then. Dr Tabatabaei's priority in dental is to ensure his patients have a positive experience. As a good listener, he tries to find the patient’s genuine needs and address those concerns. Dr Tabatabaei has developed skills in almost all aspects of general dentistry, particularly sharp skills in root canal treatments. After a post-graduate course in implantology in 2015, he started to provide dental implants for his patients. Also, believing the digital dentistry is the future, he enjoys working in this field as here at Findons, we have the state of the art digital technologies. When not working dentistry or updating his dental knowledge in his free time, Dr Siavash enjoys writing short stories, reading novels and sometimes poems as well. He also enjoy exploring different restaurants, foods and wines. If he has any extra time, he likes to go jogging, hiking and fishing.
Dr Shaddie Rashtak

Dr Shadab Rashtak earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2011. Prior to joining National Dental Care in 2019, Shadab has worked diligently in a number of highly reputable practices including the Dental Implant Research Centre and Primary Dental, Dulwich Dental Practice.

Dr Swan Xu graduated from Sun Yet-Sen University China in 2001. Dr Xu is passionate about providing comfortable and gentle dental care, making her patients feel at ease. Dr Xu has been a dentist for over 15 years, and is well-equipped at helping anxious patients.
